Bianca's journey started in 2016, when she first had Russian Volume lashes applied and was immediately obsessed with them which led to her wanting to learn more about all things lashes...It’s always been a goal of Bianca's to be the boss of her own life and run her own business.

 

Bianca initially went to university, where she studied BA (Hons) in Marketing with Events Management – which is the industry she thought she would stay in but she quickly realised this was not the path for her and followed her passion and got sucked right into the beauty industry instead.

 

Bianca has over 5 years experience in creating the most beautiful lash extensions for her clients, where she initially started with offering classic lashes. Bianca is passionate about investing in herself and her business and expanding her knowledge and she was obsessed with wanting to learn more and has now become one of Birmingham's most sought after lash technicians.

 

Shortly after qualifying in classic lashes, Bianca was ready to take her business to the next level, so she trained in the very popular Russian volume lash extension technique. This is where she thrived and grew, totally self made and the now infamous 'The Little Lash Company' technique was born.

 

Since then, Bianca has added more services to her treatment menu, including eyebrow lamination, dermaplaning and lash lifts. Bianca is also one of Birmingham's first Dermaplane UK Platinum Technician and an award winning lash artist.
